Glad to hear that everything is straightened out for ya. And glad to here that you have been off the stuff for three months and plan on staying off it.

I am gonna head out there on Wed. cause it has been a while since I was out there and I need to practice. I have a blue and gray 93 GT vert. Look me up out there.

Hey man, aslong as it dosent rain, im DEFANITLY going to the track, and i have a question

Ive been hearing the strange struts are better because of the adjustablitly, but is the soft setting gonna get me the same traction as lakewoods?

I heard to get 50/50 in the rear and strange for the front should i get them all around?

And will my car kinda lift up? I want my car to just shoot up and throw all the weight in the back, id rather have awesome traction and ok driveabilty then good driveabilty and good traction

You will get both good traction and great driveabilty with the stranges. I have them all the way around my car and it the rear ones are good to have adjustable also. It helps to correct roll over and transfer. I have only had the strange ones in my car so I am not sure how they compare but I cut 1.48 60ft's with the stange shocks and strutts in my car and it's a daily driver.

anyways im still trying to decide what shock & struts im gonna get, i think im just going to go with the lakewoods, and do i need ajustable upper control arms to fit the eibachs?

Should i get adjustable lowers? And should i get the MM drag lowers or the standard? thanks

Get your Torque Box's taken care of now before you tear them out. At the very least the lowers. After that I would go with subframe connectors. Huge difference in the feel of the car. For lower torque box support pm Rick 91GT on this site. He makes a stainless steel kit that has one extra piece that you don't see in other kits. Here's his web page also. http://www.rnhperformance.net/

Im trying to think where that is. I live in winter springs, not sure if you know all these roads but i take tuscawilla road to aloma, then hop on dean road to univeristy, then i turn right forgot what road that is maybe its 436? then go straight to 50, turn left and just like 10 miles and im there.

Just let me know where that is, and we can meet up there. If something goes wrong wiht my case officer or i cant leave still or just anything, im gonna go sunday to funday sunday.

And thanks alot fishhawk, ill pm rick cause idk anything it takes to beef up the torque boxes like what i need and stuff, so ill tm him and see if he can give me some info. Thanks

And i decided to go with the strange adjustables

i would go with the adjustable since you can fit taller tires under the car without having to massacre your rear fenderwells and roll the lips on the the wheelwells.

As far as drag or standard there is about a $80 price difference new. $380 standard vs $460 drag. The only other difference is that the drag lowers are "supposed" to transmit more road noise to the car because of the spherical bushings. I know people who have them and said it didn't make it any louder. The nice thing about the MMs is that from all I have read they are one of the best ones for not tearing up your lower torque boxes. I would still at least weld them up and possibly reinforce them as others have said.

hmmm im not sure where that ecolonanrtcherkl road is, ive heard of it but dont know exactly where it is, is the like if you turn left on to 50 and go down like 5 mins tehres the gas station on the right , close to the mcdonald and bp gas station?

Actually do you know where the bp gas station is? We can meet up there and its like a mile from the track so i can just let my friend drive from there to get me in.

Good news everything went well with the case officer, case is closed, so im going to go tomorrow if it dosent rain. I looked at the weather it said tstorms in the evening with 40% chance of rain and partly cloudy at night with 30% chance of rain so i think we should be good, atleast by the time the track opens

What time do you want to go? Ill leave here at 5:30, so i can be there at 6-6:20ish, you can pm me if you want, ill give you my phone number so you can call me if anything changes.

Nick
