I just won an auction last week of ebay for a complete 92 302. This is going to be my winter project that I will rebuild. I'm trying to figure out what should I do as far as buying new heads or supercharger. The head I have on my car now have been work with a 3 angle job and port work, over size valves . If I was to buy a supercharger like a novi 2000 will work these modified stock heads flow good enough with the supercharger. Or should I just ditch the supercharger and go with some good heads like AFR or Trick Flow. I have all the goodies on my car now that I would use like MAF.TB, 36lb injectors, Intake, E303 cam. My frame is already tied, aftermarket springs and struts 4.10 gear. The car is very drivable now and I'm not looking for an all out race car just something around the 300-350rwhp.

The modified stock heads should work just fine. You will easily be able to reach your power goals with the Novi. Just remember if you go this route then you will need a bigger fuel pump if you don't already have one and the MAF will have to be calibrated for SC.
It really all depends on how much power you want. The SC should give you over 400 easily.
If you are only looking for 300 to 350 then you should be able to attain that with a good set of heads with your current combo of parts.
It up to you.

How much boost would I need to reach that 300-350RWHP, I plan on have a strong bottom end and if I go with the supercharger I'll make sure I have low compress.

Honestly, very little boost should be needed for 300-350 rwhp. You can achieve those numbers pretty easily N\A with just good heads, cam, & intake. I just dyno'd my car a couple weeks ago with no tuning; 310rwhp\301rwtq. I would think a Novi 2000 8 psi unit would fit the bill quite nicely....

go with aluminum heads, because usually you can run more timing and/or boost because the aluminum transfers heat away from the hot chambers and exhaust valves better than iron.

So that range be easy to reach with just an off the shelf Cam?/H/I? If so which C/H/I setup would work best. Right now I have the Typhoon intake and E303 cam. I would have to ditch those right?

I would definately ditch the E303 cam. Old and outdated.
You could get another shelf cam, but with better heads and a supercharger, get a custom grind. You'll be happier down the line when you don't have to replace the cam again.
