After about 9 months I finally dove my Stang again! I got my Stang last summer when I traded my Ninja for it!
The story on this car is a little akward. Before I got it from my buddy Brian his little brother Chris wrecked it. At that time it had a worked 306 with h/c/i and Chris was showing off for some buddies and ended up in a ditch! He told the cops that some PR's ran him off the road, but a convenience store caught him doing a burnout on video and gave it to the cops. So Brian got a new 351w and traded his motor and tranny for a brand new TKO. My brother Vinny put the 351w and TKO into the car. This is when Brian traded me! It has no front end on the car, but I have everything to fix it. By the way the front end is tweaked to the left pretty hard
So I have had this car, my fourth Stang for about 10 months and the only other time I drove it was to a performance shop right after I got it to try and tune the motor because it is run by an Accel DFI. They couldn't do anything for me though. So I was talking to an older guy a couple weeks ago and he said I could have anything off his parts Mustang. So now I need to take his front end off as well as mine and weld it back onto mine so that my front is straight to put fenders, hood, and bumper cover on!
I've never done this work before, but the older guy said he would tell me how to do it, I just have to do the work! Also the cowl panel is all banged up because when my brother finished putting the 351w in the car it had to fenders or bumper cover and Brian tried racing someone and the hood flew up!
Anyway the whole point of this thread is that I finally drove the Stang, if only for a quarter mile it was great getting all crossed up! I've missed that feeling for so long! I can't stand driving this Piece Of Honda anymore! So hopefully I can start putting a new front end on my car as well as a cowl panel. This is gonna be a ton of work for me though!!!
