ok so if 40s arent gonna work do you know what mufflers they use in the axle back kit? I never buy kits so that is out i just need to figure out what muffler to buy now.

it is a specially designed muffler specifically for the 05 gt. flowmaster will not tell you a series, just that it is specifically for the gt. i have an extra used set of flowmater axle backs, if someone is interested.
I am more than likely going to just cut the mufflers out and put them in front of the axles so I dont really need the kit but that sounds like it may be the only way to get the right mufflers.
