Well i finally got my car back after being at the shop 10 weeks, i got my procharger 2-core intercooler installed along with a 3.12" pulley, dual cobra fuel pumps and a re-dyno tune.

It made 428hp and 417tq topping out at 10lbs of boost!!!! I am soooo excited! I NEVER expected numbers like this!! And to think, my motor has 107k miles on it...never ever expected it to pull as hard as it did. I was expecting maybe 400 if i was lucky but wow was i suprised!

The old numbers were 367 and man let me tell you it pulls sooo much harder! I couldn't be happier and i cant wait to get some track times. I will try to post a picture of the dyno sheet soon!

Awesome man. What was your SC setup before? And what shop did the work? TSS?

Before I was running the stock vortech pulley at 7psi without an intercooler. I bring my car to PSI in webster, been bringing it there a while and wouldn't bring it anywhere else. Patrick knows his ***** and they are the only ones i trust with my car. Granted it took over 2 months but it was worth it, and i know they did the job right and I have a safe tune.

And yea im aware of the fact im running the stock block but my tuner says it will be fine as long as i don't drive like a dip****. I know there are guys here on stannget pushing 500rwhp on the stock block, not that i would chance that but our little 2v motors are stronger than people give them credit for...

Thanks everyone! Ill have the dyno sheet posted tonight!

Oh and a quick mod list:
Stock 99GT 2v block
Vortech SQ trim w/ 3.12" pulley
Procharger 2 core intercooler
Duel cobra fuel pumps
Professional products plenum and 75mm TB
BBK longtubes, O/R H pipe, stock catback with mac weld in mufflers
Various suspension mods, spec stg2 clutch and flywheel, 3.73's....im probably leaving some stuff out...gotta love our modular motors, im so impressed with this thing!!!!

amen man I ran a 200 shot on a stock shortblock and now kenne bell on 11psi and its running like a champ lol. these motors are not as bad as some think.

congrats on the numbers man:nice:

I'll probably be bringing mine to TSS in Orange but those are some good numbers from PSI :nice: I contacted them though never got a response ;)

X2, i'm looking for a shop in houston to get tuned as well. Narrowed it down to Fastlane or PSI in webster. PSI in webster wont return emails, PM's, or answer their phone at the shop. And then to hear they took 10 weeks to finish deft's car, thats not what i'm looking for in a shop. They might be the best shop ever and have a million cars to work on, but still, customer service should be a #1 priority.

Im gonna take it to Fastlane, at least they return all emails and are very helpful on the phone too. I also hear Nick is a great tuner as well.

Deftsound-nice numbers. I hope i can hit around there also when i get retuned. I put on a Bullitt intake and am also going with a 3.12 pulley.

Yea they are kinda difficult to deal with sometimes, I went through the same thing, you pretty much have to go there in person to talk to patrick but in my opinion its worth dealing with the bs to have the peace of mind knowing its done right the first time.

Hey deftsound, long time no see.
yea i know ive been pretty busy with work :notnice:
