Finally got my OBD1 plug working, now help with codes?

So it took forever, but with the help of this board (especially Giddyup306) I got my OBD1 plug back to working order. Now I need help with the codes it's giving me.. lol

I got 23,82,10,11. The 23 and 82 repeated twice for some reason, I dont know if that matters..

Set the TPS to .8v-1v.

Then rerun the codes. See if code 23 goes away. Then run the codes with the engine running and at operating temp.

Everything after code 10 are the continuous memory codes.
