It was upgraded to an 8.8. Guy built it for street/strip car and he sold because he bought a croch-rocket! When the guy got the hood the body shop talked him into getting the whole front clip painted to match better.
Yes the ashtray door is broke and it bothers the piss out on me, anyone know know a cheap fix for it besides duct tape? Thanks for all the compliments, the car is at the exhaust shop now getting new pipes ran with an X-PIPE this time instead of the H that was on there. Guy is going to surprise me with the muffler choice. I know it won't be a Flowmaster or Magnaflow!
I'm having a hard time keeping a pad on the clutch pedal, too. My KC clutch is so stiff that having to push so hard on the pedal all of the time wears it out in a jiffy - I'm on pad #2 within a year's time! But hey, for about $5 every six months to a year, it's not much of a bother...
