Well after 5 years of ownership and 21,000 miles my '03's extended warranty will expire at the end of this month. Time for me to put up or shut up. I've used the "voided warranty" excuse for not modding for the last time.

I'm pulling the trigger this evening and ordering a Billetflow TB/Inlet and a 2.93 upper. I'm waiting for one of the rep's from RWTD to get back with me on when and where we can tune the car. I can't wait....

I've had the Apten cooling mod installed for a long time now.

Glad to see you steppin up! The 2.93/RWTD tune netted me 50RWHP and 105RWTQ. If you end up coming to Mobile for your tuning, let me know in advance and I will try and meet up with you.

Haven't found out yet whether I'll head South to James shop, or go North and meet up with Ed.

I'll let you know though!

Well that was a quick $1000+ spent!

Ordered the Billetflow TB in black with "Terminator" engraved on it and a new inlet to match the oval port TB. I also ordered 4 new hard black annodized idler pulleys and a non-slip 2.93 plus a new 75.5 inch Gates belt.

Well I think you spent your $1000 effectively and in a very similar manner to what I would have done.

The rear belt change interval is 30k you might consider that while you are in there.

Well since I already have a CAI and a full exhaust these (TB/Inlet/upper pulley) were probably the last bolt on performance mods I could do. I doubt I will ever have the blower ported, if I decide I want more power then it's time for a twin screw.

30K for the inner belt change huh? I guess I need to buy something else now!

The question is though.... after this run is completed will Doug make any more? Hell, it took him over 3 years to start production back up after the first run. You might want to order one now if you're dead set on the BF TB.

Haha nice wording. I hope you have fun with the Cobra, but in all honesty, when I read "put up or shut up" I thought you were going to say you were going to purchase a Kenne Bell and full exhaust (or something to that nature.) While a twin turbo system would really back up your fightN words, the kenne bell is the most practical application for Shutting someone up

Would you ever think about the kenne bell swap since it's relatively inexpensive? I've ridden in a couple cobra's running between 15-24psi and man, once they grip it's torque all the way!

Well lets just say I'm taking baby steps here. Maybe after this pulley swap I'll get used to the power and crave even more, then I'll look at getting a twin screw.

FWIW, I have had my 2.93 on for two years, and am still quite satisfied. I did add a stage IV port however for efficiency and lower intake temps. BTW nice choice on your parts.
