Hey guys, i havent posted in a while but i went to Texas Speed and Performance today to get some baseline dyno pulls on the dynojet before I start modding this summer and heres what I got: 251 hp @ 4900 rpms and 295.3 tq @ 4100 rpms. Ill post up a vid and some pics when I get them from my friend. My mods are in my sig. Two other runs yielded 245.1 hp and 287.1 tq and 250 hp and 293.4 tq.:flag:

Man, I'd get that adjusted as soon as possible. I don't know what you'll gain for any HP, but that's just too rich for N/A. If 4,900 is normal for a 2 valve mod motor, then that shoots the high revving 4.6 to pieces. On one dyno tune I dynoed at 6,000 for peak HP, and the next time at 5,750. That's high revving, even though it is a 4 valve, but still a 2 valve should be in the low 5K's I would think.

Dont know how you are making 20+ rwhp over the stock "guestimated" 23rwhp with just htose mods. That dyno pull was with NO tune right?

Very impressive numbers i must say. You have a strong running, GT...damn :nice:

One more thing i forgot to mention is that my air/fuel was 11.5 to 1. How much powa could i get at 13 to one or whatever is right?

Holy crap thats way rich. Set that down to 13.1:1 A/F @ WOT and you'll be making a little less power than you are now. But it will be better for the engine. You're gas mileage must be **** right now lol

correction - he will gain some power by leaning out his A/F mixture. Good numbers though!

Open loop a/f has virtually no bearing on closed loop a/f, so if he is just driving his a/f should be almost stoich.

Great numbers, must be that "crystal" clear Lubbock air...:)

Yeah, it was a pretty cool day and I was running 91 octane. I dunno if that helps or not but there ya go. I forgot the pic of my A/F ratio but it was at 15 to 1 until he smashed on it and then it went to 11.5 to 1 and was the same for all three pulls. Would a CAI lean me out any and would it be a good idea? Im looking at a JLT. I hope to get it before World Ford Challenge, which I will be at.
