Some of you may know from my project thread that I was building a new motor with a rebuilt shortblock and using my current heads/cam/intake combo. Well all the hard work paid off the other night when it fired up the first time and idled like I just bought it off the lot. It was amazing. The only problem I had was it kicked the belt off the first time so I had to put it back on and the lower radiator hose isn't sealing completely. (i think the clamp is crooked. Other than that it runs great. Took it around the block to see how she ran and she ran like a champ. Not quite tuned yet and theres no insurance so I won't be driving it that much. Here are some pics and a quick idling vid for you guys. Tell me what you think

I love the idle too. I used VHT nightshades on the tailights and then spayed a clear over them. The backspacing is similar to stock but I have 1.25" spacers sitting in my room that I'm puttin on this weekend. And there will defnitely be more videos.

Thanks guys. Sorry stprorolla, i was thinking you wanted the degreeing and everything. Unfortunetly I still don't have insurance on it so its just a run up and down the street every now and then. Don't need some dumb**** to hit me and not have insurance. I have a tuning appt. at MC Racing on the 19th so after that I'll be driving it all the time. The idle sits right around 750-800.
