If you ask anyone they will say go with Frpp myself included. I wanted to give the Motives a try and i have good results. I so think that gettin whine is from improper installation. When i was done with mine i really was thinking I would have whine but i got lucky and they are good so far. As far as what Moon ask i used heat,hammer,small punch and was ver very careful not to damage the bearing.
+1 I love my Hitech stage II cams and my 4.10 gears. Last week I averaged 21mpg (265 miles, took 12.6 Gallons to fill) and that was with about 70% Highway driving. So for people thinking you will lose lots of mileage you won't.
