its gnarly everyone.
Im excited, still have a lot of work to do, but its a good sign it fired.
needed some throttle to get it to fire up and stay running. going to adjust the timing but i'll do that when m closer to being finished. I want to be able to idle to kind of break the cam in.
i have a few little worries..
the headers kind of smoked... thinking its the ceramic coating doing their break in.
Also the headers got really warm after only idling for 20-30 secs. burnt the **** out of my knuckle

im f'n excited. lots of adrenaline goin. it lobes pretty good for a turbo cam.

Glad it fired!

The smoke coming off the headers is the oils off your hands burning off from handling the headers. Very normal.

Some people like the smell of napalm in the morning.

I prefer new paint and various other finishes "warming" for the very first time. It has that "expensive new part, finally being used" smell.

Congrats!!!

The hot headers may be a lean condition in open loop. That happened to me and I ended up tuning more fuel into it. I hope you get some vids of this at the strip when it's up and tuned
