First car 1979 Pacecar

My 13 yo son just bought his first car. It is a 1979 pacecar 302, auto. The car is fairly complete buy needs a lot of tlc. There were rabbit living under the hood and mice in the car. The motor is stuck, but it should be coming out tonight. We have gutted the inside of the car, and I'm starting to look for a few parts.

The bottom of the back seat is destroyed, what all years wil fit? the 79 doesn't have a place for the sat belts to come thru like the latter cars did. It also needs a fan shroud, what all years will work for that.

Pretty much everything over the years 79-93 will swap in these cars with little or no modification needed. Start surfing the classifieds, craigslist, ebay, and have fun!

most major parts will swap, but there are smaller things that become specific. foureyedpride.com could be a lot of help with the small parts that cant be found on the later 87-93 cars.
