Welcome aboard. These engines are 3V's. C&L Racer and JLT II are regarded as the most supported and high performing intakes. Bamachips and Brenspeed are regarded as the main 2 tuners. Recent comparisons are showing Bamachips to be a bit better performing, but every car is different. If you want a CAI, you really want a tune. The "no tune" CAI's done help much, and aside from gears, adding a custom tune is the most noticeable mod you can do. Pulleys aren't a huge difference, but they free up 5-7 horsepower. It's best to do charge motion delete plates at the same time (they require an updated tune as well, thus why you should get a custom tune).
As far as exhaust, off road pipes are the only thing that really adds any ponies. Otherwise, it's just for sound. FRPP GTA's and Magnaflows (not Magnapacks) are relatively quiet, but definitely louder than stock and do not drone. Corsa's and Borla (or FRPP same thing) Stingers are a lot louder, but drone. Pypes makes a mid muffler system that gives the car a more classic sound, but fit isn't perfect. It just requires patience and some tweaking. SSS just released a similar system, but I don't know of anyone that's heard it yet.
Gears as always are a great mod. And of course, a 75 shot of go go juice is always good. No tuning is required until 125HP or above, but 100HP does require colder plugs.
Suspension wise, lower control arms with poly bushings really help you plant the tires and get rid of wheel hop, especially when combined with relocation brackets. I just installed some J&M ones, and they're great quality, priced very well, and are squeak free.
