for a good complete tune-up this is what i would do. change the spark plugs to Autolite 764's gapped at .054". Change the fuel filter, preferebly motorcraft. change the differential fluid with a synthetic 75w140, mobil 1, rp, redline all make good diff fluids. flush the radiator, drain it, then fill it with water and 2 little jugs of that prestone stuff, run for a few hours, then drain it and fill with water, keep draining and filling with water until the water comes out fairly clean. then drain and take out and clean it very well. refill with green prestone and water, or else buy some 50/50 premix. if the transmission is a manual, drain and fill. if its an automatic, drain and change the filter. i know CV's have a drainplug in the TC, but im not sure if stangs do as well. if there isnt a TC drain plug, just do the filter and then refil and run with one of the cooler lines off until clena fluid comes out. next you will want to flush the power steering with a synthetic ATF(it makes a difference, i use Mobil 1 ATF in my power steering and its nice. just take off the return line and have someone turn the wheels while you fill and look in the pan until clean fluid comes out. then change the oil, use a synthetic oil, mobil 1, redline, amsoil all make quality motor oils. for a filter use a motorcraft, mobil 1 K&N or amsoil filter. also clean the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner and run some seafoam through the PCV hose and the rest in the gastank. hope i remembered everything, if i forgot something im sure someone will chime in.
