Ok, here is what's happening:
My E-brake light is coming on when I put on the break and come to a stop. It turns off when I come to a halt, but comes on again when I put the breaks on again. Doesn't do it every time, but most of the time.
Also, recently, when I am at high revs and I am letting it coast, it comes on as I slow down(without pushing my breaks).

Does anyone know what's wrong, and how to go about fixing it?

since you have hydraboost Its simple! You need to add brake fluid....simple fix bud!
