This looks to be nothing more than a code reader which for the $19.99 price might not be too bad. I think there are better corded code readers with a built in screen that would be easier to use. I have a Bluedriver that reads codes but also allows real time data monitoring and gives a fairly comprehensive list of potential code fixes. It is highly rated but runs around $100. The best I have found is to use a program called Forscan along with a corded OBD2 reader. This combination even allows programming of many items in the PCM and other modules. It is complicated to use though. The Bluedriver is fairly easy to use.
