anyways here a new one, i dont expect exact diagnosis but more of suggestions of what i might be hearing.

well when i drive next to a barrier i can hear this flapping sound which actually you dont need to drive next to a barrier to hear this odd sound. this started happening in the last week or so. what i did last to verify it wasnt the exhaust was i drove next to the barrier and let the car coast and engine rpm dropped to 750-800 rpm and still it fluttered at the same intensity that i was at under throttle. ive check the exhaust for leaks, the mainifold gaskets cant be fried. i drive 30 miles a day 210 miles per week.
another "test" i did was... while the car was parked i got underthe hood and revved it for five minutes give or take and coud not pick up a hint of exhaust fumes under the hood of the car. (only fumes were from the tail pipes of course)
things ive noticed have been the floor boards on the is vibrating a lil more than normal. with the windows up you can not hear the flapping/fluttering sound

the flutter drives me nuts!

It could be the radial plies in the tire(s) are separating. Does it sound like a lot of the semi tires that you pass on the highway? Get your tires checked out and see if they are balanced.

Could also be a loose body or trim piece such as the pieces on the underside of the front bumper.

i did notice that some trim pieces were out of place, popped the push button things back in place and still it fluttered

i did notice that the corner of the driverside front bumper is more plieable than the passenger side.

cant be the tires i just got those fusion zri's(i will however try rotating them.)

other than that nothing looks out of place, the exhaust has nothing stuck on it(plastic bags). i need to get the car on a lift.

you got the balance right on the money . thanks for the heads up on that.
after reading that i noticed the driver front cupped and the steering wheel started shaking even more and the sound got more intense. i got the tires rebalance and rotated and everything is back to snuff again!
