Flashing Headlights

I have a '88 GT and when I have the fog lights on my headlights will flash every once and a while. But I will drive with them off and they don't flash. Any ideas what the problem would be? I was thinking it was a ground or something in the fog lights. I don't want to start replacing switches if i don't need to. Thanks for the help.

Search this forum for fog light fix, it's a very common problem requires some rewiring.
