flat or dished pistons?

i'm getting ready to rebuild the engine, i'm going with the 331 CHP stroker kit... i'm gonna have AFR 185s and i was just courious what kind of pistons do i need to buy, for the heads: flat or dish pistons? and i plan to have 1.7 roller rockers...

my other qs will be: to have around 9.0 compression does it matter if the heads are 58 cc or 61 cc? what's the diffrence between 58 and 61 cc?

the new motor is gonna have the following:

CHP 331 stroker kit, 347ci Street Fighter-Pro Street
DSS main support system, pro tray windage tray
afr 185
1.7 roller rockers
custom cam or FMS E303 cam
#30 injectors
10psi vortech

where can i buy new crankshaft bearings: summit?

if u plan on running that vortech then u are gonna need low compression pistons (dished) the flat tops will probably give u around 10.5-11:1 compression.
