I decide to go with truste Flowmasters again,
Right now I have welded 40 series Flows with stock tail pipes (came with car when I bought 2 years ago)
I have find 4 different cat-backs from Flowmaster two American Thunder and two Delta force
BUT Delta force is 3 chamber (quiet) so I going with American Thunder because its 2 chamber and its lauder
Here is a deal ,which one is better
American Thunder part # 17112
Or part # 17212
This is just example ,summitracing have first for $240 and 2nd kit for $320
PLEASE DONT say flows sucks , but bassani or something else, I don't wanna have Stang with SLP and have sounded like Camaro or get Magnaflow and sounded like 4.6
Its pushrod for god sake , have to be laud and rumble any time when I step on gas pedal
Peace and thanks

Get the stainless steel tips. They look good, and will stay that way.

Also, check out Jegs or some other retailer rather than Flowmaster direct.

The right flows are no flows at all. Id seriously go w/ an all stainless steel system b/c the flows will eventually rust out. If you do want to go w/ them the 2 chamber American Thunder system sounds good.

What ever you do dont buy them off that site, DAYUM there expensive on there. You could buy a stainless steel stright through design muffers system for those prices.

Im not sure if you plan on going foced induction in the future but if you do your going to really hate your flows like I do now, they rob my car of alot of power thats why I want a stright through muffler design that will give alot more power w/ a blower.

My friend chris has Magnaflows on his 91 5.0 and it sounds just fine, not like a 4.6 at all. As long as you run an H pipe and not an X pipe it should still have that classic 5.0 sound to it.

Dynomax also makes a good stainless steel stright through design muffler system.

how come you decided to make a poll when you still chose the flowmasters and they came in thrird over all?

Get the 17212's, they have stainless tips, and get them from Summit. I think they're right around $319 or so from them. A LOT better than $558!!!

BTW: Not to hijack your thread Ernan, but does anybody know what happened to all the sound clips on mustangexhaust.com?

Guys I just post link on flows site because looks better than summitracing, I will never pay $500 something when I can get from summitracing for almost $300

I have my Flows two years and I don't know how long previos owner had, I drive on rain and snow and they never rust, I have H-pipe and long tube headers from MAC about year on car and they are rusty

I have the amer. thunder cat-back and I like it but I wish I had gotten the stainless steel tails. The amer. thunder aluminized tails just dont clean up as nice, I am actually putting on the stock stainless steel tips real soon so I can have nice looking tips again.
