Coolant...I use the stock replacement. Usually it will be the green stuff.

Trans fluid....ATF...the brand...thats up to you. Just fill it through the shifter opening, with the top (fill) plug out. Make sure it is on level ground. When it comes out the top fill hole stop. Put the plug back in...your done. T45's and TR3650's should be 3.5-3.7 quarts.

Diff fluid...if you asked...can't remember....just over 2 quarts of fluid and one bottle on friction modifier. Some use 80W90, some go with 75W140. DO NOT OVERFILL...you will burn out your clutches. I put 3 quarts in while the rear end was out...installed it....put it on level ground...then pulled the fill plug......a lot leaked out. I put the plugs back in and drove home.

Green should be almost any brand. I always buy Zerex. I use Peak as well. Whatever is cheaper I buy, it has the same ingredients.

The Yellow should be for Fords, or it could be the antifreeze you mix with both colors.

The only cooling system additive that I've used consistently is Red Line Water Wetter. Folks that have real working guages indicate that it does help keep temps in line.

I'm using Red Line fluids all the way back. So far so good.

+1. i had issues with my 97 GST wth a front mount intercooler cutting off alot of airflow to the radiator. with DSMlink i could record my temps in realtime, sitting at a stop in 110* cali heat my temps were around 215*, and during cruise 200-205*. added redline ww and i saw 195* at a stop and 185-190* during cruise. it ****ing works.

as for other fluids, i use Royal Purple. some say its just gimmicks / snake oil, oh well, i feel it works (made a nice difference in my 02 GT going from standard to full synthetic RP), my cars are worth it.

So would this be a good combo Redline 5W30 motor oil, Redline MTL trans fluid, and 75W140 Redline gear fluid and friction modifier
