Flywheel Selection......

OK, here is my situation. 393 Stroker with AOD, I want to go with a Tremek, when this engine was built I asked that it be balanced. It is, with the 28oz HB from the original 302. If I want to keep it in balance can someone point me to the clutch, pp, and flywheel I need???

well i have had great luck with a centerforce clutch and a fidanza aluminum flywheel. no problems yet.

Actually what I meant was Is there a 28oz flywheel that will bolt up to a windsor crank or not? If there isn't then I should be able to use any windsor flywheel as that is what will be on it now, but if it is possible then do I need to figure out whether I have the 28 or 54 oz now. The car was once a 5spd so there will be no real problem changing it back and I am ready to do it soon. I just need this answered.

I think my flywheel came with 2 differnt weights, i know a 28oz and i think a 50 or 54oz weight. it comes with both, you just have to chose one depending on the year of your motor.
