Flywheel

spun a bearing in my 99 GT so I bought an 02 alumuinum PI engine, and I need a 6 bolt flywheel so figured might as well change everything out since this clutch has about 60k miles on it and I have to go in there anyway. I decided to go with a king cobra clutch setup but I'm torn between 2 different flywheels right now.

the exedy one weighs 21lbs as opposed to the ford weighing 27lbs not to mention the exedy is about $100 cheaper. Anyone have any opinion on this?
