FMS 3.73 Gears in!

just got my FMS 3.73 gears in today, man what a difference, greatly improved acceleration and 5th gear is finally useful now. I would recomend them to anybody. Now i need to find the correct speedo gear, i looked on summit (i have $20 off my next purchase) but i could only find speedo gears for auto trannies. The gears are great, i hope this persuades people who are thinking of them to get them

Best mod going....Makes you actually love your car again... Mid range is so much nicer, especially passing cars without needing a 1/4 mile to do it...

ty legalize, yes i love it. I will get some good driving with her hopefully this weekend. The roads are pretty wet and i don't want take any chances. But i love it and i can't wait to get to a nice open dry stretch.


edit: found this part # @ 5.0 resto.com Item: LRS-17271D
It's $10 cheaper, will this be suitable for my 3.73 95 gt 5 spd?

I can't wait...
As for the speedo gear, the shop ordered it for me, so not sure wich one they ordered

technicaly, its for the 3.55, but thats as close as you can get. speedo will still be reading faster then you are really going. to calculate your exact speed you have to use this http://www.allfordmustangs.com/Detailed/635.shtml.

just got them installed. havent gotten traction in first 2 gears
