I am upping my boost from 8psi to 10, I wanted to know if I should put a richer fmu disk to compensate? Should I stay with my 12:1 or go to a 10:1. Is a 10:1 leaner or richer? I still have the stock 19lb injectors too.

I suggest you upgrade the injectors before you add more boost. You are still on 19 lbs. You should be borderline or exceding what they will handle now. Adding boost may be bad.
BTW 10.1 is richer than 12.1.
Like most , you want to do as much as possible by your self. Get new injectors, but go and get a good dyno tune by a shop that knows mods and you will be in good shape.

If I were you, upgrade your injectors to 30lbs and then recalibrate fmu. Otherwise kaboom!

10/1, air/fuel= 10 part air/ 1 part fuel
13/1= 13 parts air/ 1 part fuel

more air = lean
less air = rich( or fat)
