Fog lights keep burnin out

I can go through a pair of bulbs in about a month. I heard that sometimes moisture builds up, and being in Seattle....theres plenty of moisture to go around. The bulbs are breaking or rattling and hitting something, they are fully intact. I even bough expensive, 40,000 hour or whatever Xenon bulbs and they were gone probly in about 5-6 weeks tops.

Any ideas?

If it were moisture, the bulbs would explode. (I think that's what you were saying)
I've gone through many fog lights, I think they end up rattling like crazy and the filament just can't handle it.

Just get aftermarket lights and not just the bulb... my friend got a really nice pair that are brighter and more effective than his highbeams, but still fully street legal...

hummmm water condensation on fog light. I do have slight probrem in that area .

I kept blowing bulbs, like as soon as i turn the stinker on. replaced it 3 times in 3 days, never ever even thought to check front of it
