Ok so I had a fog light that had a leak and kept popping bulbs, so I took it out cleaned it out and had it sitting on the hood of my truck drying. Then I went to get multch for the yard forgot the fog light was on the hood and, ran over it. Lets just say I am now looking at replacing the fog light. I was wondering, has anyone gotten the CDC quad light. They look pretty sweet, but for $400 bucks they better add ten ponies. What's the deal why so expensive, I have seen the clear set for $80. So what's up. Also where can I get those clear ones for cheap??

I'm thinking about these

They will fit in the stock housing and should be much brighter that the clear.

I bought them on eBay, from seller ivm1
You can contact them at ivm1 @ msn.com

The auction starts at $60 and shipping is like $8. I did Buy It Now for $75 since I didn't want to wait for the auction to end.

Installation wasn't that difficult once I figured out where the 3 bolts were (with help from StangNetters)... It was kinda hard to get access to them at first but after 20 some minutes of wrestling with it I could probably swap them in 5 minutes now.
I think it helps that I have smaller hands than most people my size.

Thanks JonJon. Yeah i think I remember reading a post about it, its like those two bolts that are super hard to reach. I have the headlights i like, they are street glow somethin or other. But they have that nice blue tint i was looking for. I bought the foglights too, but with that thick ass foglight cover, you can tell no difference. I think i might be getting those. Thanks again for the heads up on the guy at eBay.

And hmmm, i thought it was kinda a pain to reach under and simply change the bulbs....
