Haha very funny. Well the 5 other people thing isn't happening regardless, the only thing up in the air is what hotel I stay at. The Hotel Carlisle for $111/night isn't bad. There's also a Pittsburgh group of guys getting a block of rooms for $90/night, but once again I think that will turn into a party and I'm not too excited about that prospect lol.

Haha, yea I'll see what I can do. I am graduation so I am also worried about my money situation and getting a job as soon as I get back. I'm in contact with a few firms right now, so hopefully something will come to fruition.

HAHA! I've gotta pay for a U-Haul and gas for that as well as my own car to get my **** from Georgia to NJ as well. I don't see it happening this year, but next year I'm there for sure.

where did you book? and no, its just to get get a free tent if you have enough people sign up. we never have enough so i've given up on that enterprise. as long as you show up. When it gets closer too, we'll have to get your cell number.

I just booked at HC as well, but the $111/night rooms are now gone. I had to beg and plead with the hotel to get that rate... but I got it thanks to a very nice girl there. I think the party should b e held here this year as there is a bar on site!!!


Anyone up for Karting this year at lehigh valley grand prix on one of the nights? Its approx 1.5hrs away from Carlisle but if we car pool it shouldn't be too bad. If there is enough interest I'll look into booking a group rate with them.

Dan, I stayed at the HC last year and I thought it was a nice facility and the back-way to the show field is very quick. The karts at Lehigh are incredible. Speeds reach 45mph, all karts have on-board timers so you can see who is leading the laps and times on every lap on a board above the start/finish line. $60 might sound steep but its an absolute blast!!! If it was closer I'd be broke!
