Although this video is about SVT Shelby GT500 being revealed, at 5:44 the guy presenting the car gets asked about SVT and the rumors of its demise but he says it's all you got to do is look at the cars badging to prove that that's just rumors. Then he mentions that they are working on more versions of the Shelby and also mentions that they are working on a lightning!! Hopefully they get the title of the worlds fastest production truck back from dodge!

Very cool, if only they had some SVT badging on the outside. Don't get me wrong the door sills are sweet, but there are a lot of people out there that think SVT is truly gone.

Thats awesome....but ya know...that whole worlds fastest truck thing kinda gets me the wrong way....yah maybe the dogge has a high top speed, but I have never seen a stock one beat a stock lightning at the track. Those trucks although a novelty, are just poop to me. Lots more to making an awesome truck than just throwing a viper motor in it. ok i'm done
