On the Ford Performance Parts website, they list a 113mm CAI for 2005-2007 SVT Mustangs. I wondered if this could be used on a Mustang GT or if this is specifically for the GT500.
the GT500 has a different routing location than the GT. it would not work on a GT without a ton of fabrication. by then, you defeated the purpose and it just cost way more to try to make that intake work than it is worth. you would also have a hell of a time trying to tune for that intake. you would spend hundreds on dyno time alone.
Not to mention that's way too much airflow for an NA GT. You would lose performance. 95MM is pretty much the cutoff. And I think 90MM is actually optimal if you have no internal work done.
Don't do it, your money is best spent else where. Plus that would be overkill on your N/A GT. Like said, it could hurt your performance rather do any good.
