Ford Racing spark plug wires...

I bought some FMS Racing wires for the 302.

The wires are a bit longer than the original ones, they're about 2 inches longer. What should I do with the slack?

Also the wires are numbered for the cylinders. Can someone post which cylinder is what number?

And the wire that goes from the distributor to the coil is different than the original wire. It has two identical ends, while the original one has one end that has a snap connector on it that connects to the coil. How do I get the new wire to work?

passenger side, plug closest to the front of the car is #1. then it goes back in order so #4 will be the one closest to the firewall. driver side plug closest to the front of the car is #5. then it goes back in order. #8 will be closest to the firewall

and if u got looms or some kind of connectors to hold the wires together there wont be too much slack to worry about. and the wire to the coil just plugs right in. nothing special to make it work
