I have a dodge neon with a 2.0 engine in it. He has Headers, a exhaust system ran, short throw chifter, a chip, and a 50 shot of nos. Do you guys think i can beat him?

he has the nos, but only a 50 shot and a few bolt ons. I have a mustang gt with a few bolt ons. Sorry forgot to read over what i wrote.
