you only have 2- o2 sensors in your 95 stang....i had the same codes a couple years ago and replacing the o2 sensors fixed my problem usually an o2 sensor will last approx 75,000 miles if you have this type of mileage on your sensors i would replace them and recheck the codes.also other things that may cause the problem dirty maf sensor, clogged injectors, bad fuel pressure and/or stopped up fuel filter. heres a link that will help clean the maf http://www.muscularmustangs.com/maf.php also you might want to change the fuel filter and run a good fuel system cleaner and check your fuel pressure...your problem could be any of the above listings or a combination repost results...

You can do a vacuum monitoring test to get an idea if you have a restricted exhaust.
Most folks go with O/R pipes (100 bucks and on up for the various brands).

What was the issue with getting codes to spit?

Good luck.
