OK guys, Ive been pulling my hair out with this issue for sometime now and cannot correct it. Any help would be appreciated.
Here is the car: 1991 coupe (original 2.3) 5.0 swapped. I have a 5.0 HO motor, t-5, A9L computer, factory wiring harnesses, no smog or cats, correct fuel lines/tank, etc.
Here is the problem: at innitial cold start up, the car dies a few times then stays running, idle varies from 750-1000 (sounds like a cammed car). Also there is sometimes an intermittant misfire and when you drive the car, it bucks and shakes at lower RPM's (below 1500). The car really smells rich too.
After pulling codes, here is what I got:
KOEO: Code 85 (i dont have a charcoal cannister so no big deal right?)
KOEO (CM): Code 34, 54, 91 and 96
KOER: Code: 41, 91 and 34
Cylinder balance test passed.
I have replaced the IAT sensor and the ECT sensors, cleaned the EGR, TB, MAF, ETC. new O2 sensors, new fuel filter, correct idle settings, correct TPS settings etc.......
I am at a loss, please help!!!
