Got a question. mechanicaly, is there a difference between the early fox body stangs, an 84 for example to a later 90's? suspension and motor? Dont know much about foxbody mustangs, I have onwed only first generation mustangs, looking an a 84 T top right now.

fyi, that 84 is a flat tappet (non roller block) engine. it puts about about 173 horse or so, provided it's the carbed motor and not the cfi motor.

if it's a manual and a 5 speed, it's not the stronger world class t5

the rear end is the weaker rear end, a 7.5 vs the 8.8's which are stronger....

the brakes up front are the same brakes as the 87-93 4 cylinder cars, rear brakes are the same

good news is, everything will bolt right in, an 8.8 rear end, world class trans, newer roller motor, etc etc......if that car is in good condition, snag it, ttop cars are badass...my bro has an 86 ttop car.
