My car will need headlights and side markers. Last set I got (don’t recall where) leaked on driver side. Caused bulb to start shorting out, and it was always dimmed due to moisture…

I definitely like clear.

Pics appreciated, but sources will help too. Not even sure who sell them anymore…

Mine came from LMR about 6 or 7 years ago. It sat outside for the first 4. No issues with leaking at all.

My last few sets have been from lmr. Never any issues. I always inspect them real well. One i filled a small spot with silicone as a precaution.

My LMR headlights slightly yellowed after 10 months.... I bought a new set from headlights depot to replace them but haven’t installed yet. Hope they last. They look great in the box. Lol

Whatever lenses you end up going with if it was me, I would add a bead of silicone to them prior to install. Also if you get any moisture in one, I've resolved that in the past with a grain of rice.

Smoked lights look great on yours, I think because of the dark paint. My car is white though, I don't think it would look 'right'...

Thanks guys, I'll check back at LMR (pretty sure that's where the last ones came from).

I have a white 91 GT with smoked six piece lights and it looks pretty clean. I don't have any pictures of it on this device or I would share. Maybe google image search it to see if it is your style or not

Thanks!
Do you feel like the headlights are dimmed by the smoke?

I'm in the same boat. I bought smoked headlight set that's now on the shelf. Not sure if I'll use them. But I'll be replacing head lights on my new addition because it has 1 piece headlights...

I actually think there is only one vendor making these. I have the LMR lights and have seen pics of various other vendors and they all have the same yellow “don’t move this” sticker on the backside.

This sticker. I’ve spotted this on various other vendors lights outside of LMR. I’ve seen it on no-name auctions on eBay.

I never felt like it was significant. I mean, with halogen bulbs, it sucked both ways

But the few times i drove around at night with the smoked lamps I had, it was not a big deal.

I got a pair of one piece from amazon$100 or so with a 3 year warranty since the one year old LMR ones craped out just after the warranty.
As far as bulbs I ordered a hid kit with blasters $80 or so also from amazon. That was about four years ago and no problemos.

What bulbs are you running? I have the smoke headlights, and although rarely drive at night, I definitely feel like my lights are pretty dim.

Well, I'm finding there are 2 styles of 'smoked' headlights...
Smoked - lightly tinted
Limo - Blackout tinted

They are both growing on me, lol
My paint is crap, but with limo tint on all the windows, blackout headlights might look pretty decent on a white car....

I have new smoked headlights I'm not sure if I'll use them or not. Bought from Steeda maybe a month ago.
