Hello, I figured I would drop by to give fair warning that I will be bugging the crap out of most of you.

I recently purchased an 89 GT vert. Its in so/so shape.
its stock from what I can tell, other than the k&n air filter in the stock aircleaner box.

I am currently sorting through the problems that need fixed soon. I went out and bought a haynes manual. But it is just about worthless, other than the wiring diagram. I was hoping to find a reference about the doors and trim.

anyways, on to the important stuff.

titled in alaska, then oregon.
pics look better than in person, paint is a 10 footer.
cheapy hood is bowed.

some fitment issues with the hood.

looks like a good straight body for the most part though. the hood is a little gaudy for my likings anyways, check into a reg. like 2.5 in. cowl and it will look HOT. NICE FOX!

Hop on ebay and buy a Ford Dealership Mustang manual. I got the '91 version for my stang and its a AWESOME book. I also have the haynes That book blows, the actually ford dealership manual rocks. Very good detail and covers EVERYTHING! Good luck.

X100 on the FOrd factory manual. It is worth every penny. Very detailed diagrams and instructions of EVERYTHING.

Make sure you get the accompanying Electrical and Vacumn Diagram Manual. You got to have it if you need to chase down a wiring or vacumn problem

the windows hyperextend on one side, and do not follow the track on the other. I think its a combination of the guide, retainers and the weatherstipping being installed wrong.

they are power windows for a vert.

thanks for the tip on the ford manual. I will check it out.

I have owed 4 or 5 fords from the 80's. And I have noticed that they all make the same noises. Ever time I drive this car I am reminded of the other vehicles, noises the doors make, the blinker noises, etc.

jeebus, I didnt realize there would be so many aftermarket options for a fox body. My head is swimming.

I figured I would look into suspension and braking as my first upgrades. But I just realized that I have absolutely no clue about these cars. Then I started looking into motor parts and I started see'ing spots and couldnt breath.
