I am putting a 306 that was in a fox in my '95 GT. I have to switch the distributors. They each fit in both blocks but are there any differences I need to be aware of? ie. gears,etc.
They are both interchangeable in the engine block, the difference would be in the computer system and connectors on the distributor from 89-93 to 94-95 So long as you reuse your current distributor you will be fine
