Got some work done today. Lower intake manifold and most of the accessories off the front of the block are off. Didn't have much time to work before it got cold and dark.

Well that would put a major damper on things, I'll bet it was fun while it lasted.

That spoiler looks awfully familiar!! Glad you got it in one piece and looking forward to seeing it all painted up and mounted.

I've also got a nice big shipment of parts coming in.
My goal is to have her all tuned and running by April.

I somehow lost my old one not sure how

Sadly, I only get the rails and the fuel pressure regulator.

And I figured I'd better get one of these before i drop something and really regret it.

I just put that rail kit on. Picked it for 80 bucks new. Great until the rear crossover started leaking.....then it was time for all new fittings. Make sure you check for leaks with the key on before you bolt the intake back on.

Did you use a thread sealant? I made sure I put sealent on all the threads. I'm concerned about the angle of the nipples that connect to the original fuel lines. Did yours work out alright??

Well, with every custom project comes custom fabrication. Apparently PP needs to specify that these rails don't work with Kenne Bell Superchargers. The new location of the FPR was in the way of my bypass tube on my supercharger. So i had to do some grinding on the FPR. I was sooo nervous doing this. But hopefully nothing will crack under pressure.

Anybody else use these rails and have a problem hooking them up to their stock fuel lines?

Well I think I have a solution to my fuel line problem. Should arrive from Summit on Wed

I got my heads on. I thought this would take a long time for some reason, but it went pretty fast. And I put my 1.7 rollers on. I was debating whether to buy them now, or when I do my next rebuild, but I just couldn't pass up $150 with 10% off

Anyways, just waiting for my new valve covers (these ones acutally have a baffle on them) and then everything just needs to be thrown together and tuned. I'll also be building an airbox for my car.

Got all the fittings to make the PP fuel rails work with everything. Took forever. I also had to modify the distributor just so i could put it in with these stupid fuel rails. Remind me to never buy a PP product again.

but i got the alternator bracket and everything. I know, I know, my headers look like cow dung.

I had to make a baffle for my valve cover. I ordered new valve covers a while ago, but they've been on backorder for like a month, and so i just canceled the order and made baffles myself.
Not the prettiest things, but they should work pretty well.
