how can i tell if my foxs frame is tweaked? will an alignment tell me everything i need to know?

The doors. One might be pulled in slightly. One sticking out, slightly.

Check out the passenger side door. Especially around the window trim. Is there a big enough gap to stick your fingers in?

true. i mean the UNIBODY. the doors line up rather perfect, no gaps in doors, hood, hatch, ect. by looks the car is perfect, besides scratches and such.

If the door gaps are off due to unibody twist, is there an inexpensive DIY way to correct it? Or at least get it closer to right before welding subframe connectors.
