true blue,
i've asked about this before about dogbones......i took it off, but i didnt realize i was supposed to leave that bracket dilly thing on. My car bottoms out everywhere now. why will i have to buy new bolts to put in back on?

Ya, I had the same problem with bottoming out after removing it. All you need are two shorter bolts and it solved all of my problems. Nothing has to be custom made. Just get two shorter bolts that have the same thread and it will work.

95 snoozer, I noticed a problem of the rearend banging on the bottom of the car when hitting little bumps because my car was lowered. That's why I had to put the bumper stopper on the top back on.

MontrealFive0, you should take one of those bolts out of the bushings. A hammer and WD40 will work fine. Take that bolt to a hardware store and have them find the type of thread. Get two more bolts with that type of thread that are only two inches long instead of humongous and some washers to fit those bolts. Then, you go to your rear end and take the bracket with the rubber piece on top of it and bolt it back to the rear end with the new hardware. Sorry no pictures while I'm at college.
