Updated Megasquirt form 3.4.2 to 3.4.3. Long story short, i chose the wrong .ini file to begin with. Re-updated with the right ini file (Microsquirt cased), now the car wont fire. It cranks over just fine and i can hear the fuel pump priming. I installed the factory EEC-IV and the car fired with no problem.......any thoughts?

When you do the firmware update through TS the file should show the recommended install for your hardware. You likely have the wrong one loaded now and had the correct one before.
Always choose the recommended firmware over your own selection unless you are certain.

Also did you make sure to check sensor calibration and that the tune file transfer happened correctly?

I looked over the tune after the first update and everything looked fine. The reason I thought something wasn't right was my fan came on and stayed on. Also my fuel pump kept cycling .

Fixed it......

Spark A output pin was set to IGN 1 instead of WLED
