HI guys, I'm trying to help a friend. The A/C is stuck on high. I believe I read something about it being a relay in the blower. Any ideas on what this might be? Any help is appreciated

The control box above the radio could be at fault as well. If it's stuck on high, that would do it.

I was under the impression there were seperate relays for each speed on the blower. But I may be wrong, so don't assume I am right. Have you read through the haynes manual yet?
