How do I pull my back seat out of my 92 convert. i got the bottom to pull out but it feels like i am going to break something on the back part... this is urgent, need to replace convertible top motor!!! thanks for all your help..

Back seat is bolted in at the bottom on each side. Push up on the corner to get to the bolt heads. Can't you access it from the trunk though?

I have a 92 Coupe and i just ripped mine out, they had 2 clamps and were really easy to rip out. I painted the metal area with rust oleum and I put a 50 resto carpet kit in and now am figuring out how to custom make a rear seat delete with plywood and black matching carpet. good luck

Thank you. I will try that as soon as I feel up to it again... If I take off the two bottom bolts, then it should pop right off? I saw the bolts yesterday they were just a bitch to get to (anyone know which size socket???)
