A building like that so I could park and work on whatever piece of junk project I've got going on at the moment, it's big enough I could put a bathroom with a shower in it and an office and bedroom, and I could park more crap under the awning (instead of the animal pens it's got).
I could also powdercoat for extra income again (I was making a pretty decent side-income off of that at one point, but don't have the room with my current living arrangements.)
I'd also do a modified version of @LaserSVT 's business plan, buying up cheap vehicles off Craigslist, fixing whatever's wrong with them and selling them for a profit, I'd focus on GM trucks specifically though to keep costs down.
My parents have a half-acre in the middle of nowhere that's just sitting there with a run-down trailer and a pole-barn that's falling down, I just might make mine a reality this year, not finding any suitable shops for rent/sale in my budget.

@Jinx - Would that be an apartment for the in-laws? Or an apartment to get away from the in-laws?!

unfortunately I have no monies to purchase one. If I had that kind of moola, I would have some acerage with a private rail line and tie into a public line so I could travel the country by rail, with my own engine and train.

Only 25k or so:
a guy here in Lindsay bought one and restored it ,he uses it as an office .
there is one in Porterville at the gasoline distribution plant ,they use it as an office as well .they are both older than that one i think ,and both Santafe Railroad .pretty cool
