To make a long story short... someone hit my front bumper then left, so I was left with the damage and claim which I paid a $500 deductible for.

I had a dealer replace the bumper, since they replaced my back bumper a year back (same situation, someone hit it, wtf eh?) They did a good job on the back bumper, 2 day turnaround time.

The front replacement is well.. like a **** job.
When I went to pick it up, the front bottom between the foglights was hanging low. They said thats how it's shipped from Ford, the piece moves around when in freight and causes the piece to lose form, so they have to heat it to form shape, which they did and I left home.

Now the weather warmed up a little bit and I noticed the bumper is hanging really low again, it's really pissing me off because they had my car for a WEEK! just for a front bumper replacement. Which I broke all hell and complained.

Well does a bumper do this? Or are they just using an OEM and trying to cover there own ass?

I'm going back and going to start bitch slapping some people.

They told me they use only genuine ford parts.
(which I'm questioning, because for one, the part is like **** and two, it took them a whole week before they got the thing finished)

Come tomorrow they will hear from me, then I will go straight to the Ford world headquarters which is 10 mins away from me.
