Who runs coilovers on the front. I see all the kits the HAL, Strange, Granatelli. I am going to assume it would probably be in my best interest to stay away from the really cheap kits right? Who here runs what kits? Does anyone run a coilover on the tokico hp, or mach 1 strut?

Also kinda curious on the hypercoil springs, which is a good conpromise to let it lift in the front for the track, and to dial it back in for street handling.... seems the consensus would be a 12" 200-300lb. I did some searches etc., and it was debated between a couple different sizes with no one giving their results.

thanks

I run the MM coilover kit (front and rear). I went with the sport valve bilstein shocks (400 fr - 250 rear) so I can't talk about the drag rates. I like the tight sporty handling - not too concern about a soft ride. I am not too much into the track but more aggressive street handling.

Was looking at those but around 400$ for a kit for the tokicos seems high. I guess it's not bad though considering their rep. is impeccable.

this is the whole reason i made the thread, to see what the other options were, and if i don't hear of many success stories with other companies i will go MM

thanks for the reply(no one else is)

I'm running the MM's as well, they're the cheapest around. I'm running the drag 175lb springs with Strange struts, I love them. Front end pops up real nice.

The adjustability sucks though, you have to take all pressure off the spring to adjust them. But once they're adjusted they're fine.

I have the MMs as well! I wouldnt say there cheapest around...there the cheapest I would buy tho the others are junk. I really like them, its not like your going to adjust your car much so jacking up the front end then rear end isnt hard.

I have the hypercoil 325# springs in the front and I love it, handles great. Im using the Tokico Illuminas.

If you want a bit of a discount PM me and I can prob help you out ;)
