So I finally finished my suspension up grades and 5 lug disk swap. put around $2850 buck into it from junkyard brakes, spindles, booster, master cylinder. New wheels, tires. shocks springs, sub frame connector, control arms, gears torque box reinforcements just about everything went to firestone got a front end alignment drove home was good. got home noticed the small air vent in front of the drivers tire was nocked out. so I popped to bolts back into their holes n called it good. this is a project car so I understand there are issues. Go for a drive today made a gettoh expansion tank for my radiator to get the car on the road. and bam the front was nocked out again. so I bolted it together. I turned the tires all the way to the passenger side and when I turn them back center bam popped again.it is rubbing really bad only on the drivers side. the tires are 245 45 17. SN95 brakes and spindles. no idea. I called firestone and am going back for a realignment asap. any ideas.

Do you have a stock k member ?

It might not be the alignment....it could be the car.
