Installed a FR500 steering wheel, the steering wheel would only fit on a certain way because of how the tabs lined up. Well because of that, my steering wheel is now a little crooked and turned to the right when the car tracks straight.

My question is that if i get a front end alignment from a shop, do they unbolt the steering shaft when they do an alignment and re-align the steering wheel to be straight with the wheels? (not even sure if thats possible, i dont know jack about front end alignment)

They will roll your car. Do a caster sweep and then then go ahead and adjust camber and caster if needed. if caster is adjusted they will do another sweep just to verify it, and then to straighten you steering wheel they will center the wheel in the car and adjust your toe settings to straighten out the wheel. :D
